Born on the Greek island of Cyprus and raised in New Jersey, Tonia is a seasoned recruiter with over 14 years of experience across Europe and the Middle East. Fluent in four languages, she brings a global perspective and a personal, relationship-driven approach to recruitment.

After running her own successful agency for over a decade, Tonia joined Executive Hunt to be part of a team that shares her values: quality over quantity, meaningful connections, and long-term impact. She became a recruiter out of a genuine passion for helping people find the right opportunities—and helping businesses thrive through the right talent.

With a global perspective shaped by being born and raised in Dubai and later living in London, Nabaa brings a truly international approach to legal recruitment. Holding a Master of Laws (LLM) with Distinction, she blends legal expertise with in-depth market insight to connect top-tier legal talent with leading law firms across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.

Now working within the New York market, Nabaa is part of Executive Hunt’s legal recruitment team as a managing legal recruiter, working with legal professionals across a wide range of practice areas throughout the U.S. 

Known for her tailored and strategic approach, she partners closely with candidates to understand their career goals and ensure the best possible firm fit, while also helping clients secure legal talent that aligns with their values and long-term vision.
